Mara Ziadeh

Mara Ziadeh serves as Facility Manager and Marketing & Events Coordinator at Renaissance Equestrian Center, overseeing day-to-day facility operations while leading the center’s marketing, communications, and event coordination. With previous experience managing equestrian facilities, Mara brings a strong understanding of the organization, communication, and attention to detail required to support the daily needs of horses, riders, staff, and the facility as a whole.

In her role as Facility Manager, Mara helps coordinate barn operations, facility maintenance and improvements, horse-care procedures, staff communication, and the many behind-the-scenes details that keep Renaissance running smoothly. Her hands-on equestrian experience, combined with her background in product management and operations, allows her to approach facility management with an emphasis on organization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Mara also leads Renaissance’s marketing and digital presence and plays a key role in planning clinics, events, and other opportunities for the equestrian community. As an active rider herself, she brings a firsthand understanding of what horse owners and riders value in a boarding and training environment and is committed to maintaining a professional, welcoming facility where both horses and riders can thrive.

Jayne teaches from a classical dressage perspective, with a strong emphasis on correct biomechanics for both horse and rider. Her approach integrates equine anatomy, physiology, and psychology, empowering students with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively train and problem-solve—both in lessons and independently.

Her training style is thoughtful, creative, and supportive, often incorporating in-hand work, unmounted exercises, and educational resources such as videos, reading materials, and discussion. Jayne is passionate about helping riders understand the “how” and “why” behind their progress, ensuring consistent improvement and long-term success.

Jayne has trained horses through the Prix St. George level, started young horses, and successfully helped many horses and riders work through plateaus and training challenges. She has worked with internationally recognized riders and trainers, including Mette Rosencrantz and David Hunt, and spent a winter season grooming at the U.S. Team Farm in Wellington, Florida. She currently trains with Paula Kierkegaard and remains committed to continuing her education through clinics, workshops, and ongoing study.

Whether your goal is to compete in dressage, improve your flatwork, explore new disciplines, or simply build confidence and connection with your horse, Jayne is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals while keeping the horse’s well-being at the center of the process.
