H/J Trainer
Devin Milan, Grand Prix
Devin is a highly active and decorated Stadium Jumper! Growing up with a mom who loves horses, naturally it was a fit at the early age of 7. Starting lessons at Huntington Ridge Farm, she started competing on ponies in the A circuit as an 8yr old -as a junior rider she rode sale imports in the 3’6” equitation and junior hunter classes -multiple times qualified for and competed in the THIS Children’s medal, Maclay Medal Regionals and Finals, and Pessoa Medal Finals as a junior rider. Devin started professionally training horses and riders when she was 21 while completing her degrees in Communication and Philosophy at Michigan State University.

Some of my previous awards:
Devin started competing in the jumpers when she started riding imports and sale horses for Garo Kazan at Huron Farms 5 years ago. – since then she has successfully competed in open jumper classes and Prixs up to a 1.45m, with multiple wins and podium finishes this year in the Welcome, Futures, and Grand Prixs at the World Equestrian Center – this year Devin has placed in the top 10 in almost every derby that she entered in!

Dressage Trainer
Jayne Bailey, USDF Bronze Medalist
Jayne is a seasoned equestrian with a lifelong passion for horses. As a USDF Bronze Medalist, she boasts a wealth of experience guiding both horses and riders from introductory levels to the demanding challenges of Prix St. George. Having trained under esteemed mentors such as Mette Rosencrantz, Paula Kierkegard, and David Hunt, Jayne continually enhances her expertise through ongoing participation in clinics and lessons.
With her extensive background, Jayne adeptly tailors her instruction to suit riders of all skill levels, fostering improved riding techniques, enhanced communication with horses, and deeper insights into the principles of dressage.

Jayne takes pride in her ability to articulate concepts, feeling, and technique, equipping her students with the knowledge and skills necessary for their own horse training journeys. Emphasizing a positive learning atmosphere for both horse and rider, Jayne empowers individuals to achieve their riding, training, and competitive aspirations.
Dressage Trainer
Mara Santiz
Mara Santiz is an aspiring professional dressage rider based out of Michigan who has been riding for 19 years. She was recently able to purchase a young horse with upper level potential and her goal is to compete with him at the Olympics one day. She is known for her ability to work with an array of horses, including young horses, difficult horses, and OTTBs. She specializes in dressage and also has a background in eventing. She trains both young riders and adults, and is focused on educating riders in good horsemanship and classical dressage. Mara also judges dressage at local events. She is very excited to continue training and teaching at Renaissance!

Lead Schooling Program Trainer
Argot Kramer
Argot Kramer is a young horseman who specializes in teaching classical methods across all disciplines. In lessons, he focuses on helping riders grow and learn by using an accessible, calm, and understanding teaching methodology. In 2021, Kramer attended MSU’s horse management program before pursuing other opportunities in the university’s education program. During his time at MSU, he also competed on the dressage team. Argot draws on his equine behavior studies to enhance lessons and training. Additionally, he brings his expertise in green and young horse development into lessons, providing students with insights on supporting their horses effectively. Argot is a strong believer in continued education and regularly participates in lessons and clinics with equine professionals across all disciplines.
